Damaged Parcel Claims

 

Should your parcel sustain damage during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt by calling 1725 272 7600 or emailing [email protected]. Customers with damaged parcels may submit a claim directly to us. Please retain all packaging materials (cartons, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. In most cases, we will require you to return the damaged item to us for confirmation. Photographs of the damaged packaging or components may also be requested for inspection. Images of the damaged item help expedite the process and facilitate a more favourable resolution.

 

Claims for Lost Parcels

 

Should your order fail to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us to report the parcel as lost. Upon verification of loss, we shall either resend the parcel or issue a full refund to your account.

 

Refunds or resends will not be provided under the following circumstances:

 

1) The parcel has not been returned to our warehouse in a timely manner. You may choose to arrange a resend by paying the shipping costs again, or request a refund (subject to a 15% restocking fee).

 

2) Incorrect delivery address provided by you.

 

Post-Payment Order Modifications

 

To amend an order, immediately contact our US office: 17252727600 or your account representative. Depending on circumstances, we may require parcel return or direct order modification. Such actions may incur a 15% restocking fee.

 

Standard Returns Policy

 

We strive to provide a satisfactory shopping experience at www.gprbattery.com Should you be dissatisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the following conditions and guidelines are met:

 

1) Items must be purchased directly from www.gprbattery.com and remain unused. Returned goods must be in pristine condition with original packaging.

3) Customers must contact www.gprbattery.com customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA #) prior to posting returns. www.gprbattery.com shall not be liable for returns sent without prior notification.

 

4) Unless the item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer's fault, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

5) A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns not due to quality issues or where the customer ordered the incorrect item.

 

6) Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

Returns Application Process

If you have a registered account, please follow these steps:

 

1) Log in to your account and click the ‘Account’ option on the right side of the homepage.

 

2) Select the ‘Returns’ tab and follow the prompts to submit a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request. The system will generate a return reference number. Please allow time for the returns team to process your request; additional information may be required depending on circumstances. Do not return any items before being contacted by the HKL(GPR) Energy team. Once dispatched, please allow time for the US warehouse to receive and verify your parcel. To expedite processing, complete the return form and include it with your parcel. Specific requirements are detailed below.

 

4) Upon confirming receipt of your return, the returns team will contact you via email or through your account's RMA record.

 

Return Shipping Guidelines

 

When preparing your return parcel, adhere to the following specifications:

 

1) Include the return form (available here)
2) Securely package the items. Please refrain from using bubble envelopes, as such packaging is prone to tearing and may result in loss of contents
3) Provide the tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched
